I was nominated for this award a while back but I’ve only managed to get around to it now. Thanks so much Giselle for nominating me. I love these awards!

The rules:

  1. Link the blogger who took the time to nominate you.
  2. List 7 random things about yourself.
  3. Nominate 7 creative beautiful bloggers
  4. Notify the bloggers that you have nominated their blog for the award.

7 RANDOM FACTS ABOUT MYSELF:

  1. In my teenage years I was a borderline emo girl. Long black hair. Thick black eyeliner, Everyday. All day.

emo

2.  I’m a flusher. If I’m in the sun for too long or become really upset, my entire body goes red. Everywhere. Not just my face.

3. If I’m caught up in a good book I’ll stay home from varsity and only leave my room to eat.

4. You know when you have to call someone “Aunt Jennny” or “Uncle Ben” out of respect? I hate doing that. In my family we call our aunts and uncles by their first names, so when I have to call someone else aunt or uncle it annoys me. I usually avoid names.

5. I’ve recently started reading new adult paranormal fantasy and I have no idea how I can ever start reading contemporary romances again. How have I not been into fantasy???

7. I spent more time trying to find appropriate gifs than I do thinking up facts about myself.

And now I would like to nominate:

I’f you’d like to share a few facts about yourself, please nominate yourself for this award and then let me know below so that I can read them!

Haha! The gifs were totally awesome!

And yay emo kids! ^.^ (I didn’t have the black hair and I was more punk that emo, but they’re still awesome, too!)

I’m not sure I call my aunts and uncles by that title because it’s respectful. I think I call them that because it’s their relationship to me. It’s as much a part of their name as their first name. Calling them anything else feels weird to me. :p

Most of my friends say the same thing, calling their aunts and uncles by their first names feels weird. It’s funny though because my family insists that my friends call them by their first names, so my friends usually don’t use names. It’s total opposite experiences.
